Rightfully so - as it refers to the 250 TR race cars that went onto to win 10 World Sports Car Championship races including the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1958, 1960, and 1961 and looked damn good doing so. But time went on and so did the Testarossa name as it came to refer the 12-cylinder mid engine Italian stallion that went on to represent the 80s. The evolution didn’t stop there as the Testarossa warped into the 512TR and eventually il finale - the 512M. And while we love all of them - we have to admit that the 512 TR is our favorite. Beauty was also more than skin deep as the 512 got a new injection system, a boost to 421 hp and hit the gym to drop a few LBs. All of this added up to a 0-60mph time of 4.8s and a top speed of 195mph. So we don’t really see much of an argument here but bring on the debate. Is the 512 the Goldilocks of the Testarossa series or is it too hot or too cold? 😎 _____________________________________________ 🚘 1995 Ferrari 512 TR 💯 Giallo Modena over Black interior 📰 @AutobedrijfWimPrins 📸 @AutobedrijfWimPrins 💵 Offered at €139,500 _______________________________________________ #design #automotive #vintage #drive #classic #classiccar #collect #icon #classiccarchasers #carphotography #forsale #drivetastefully #maserati #italian #ferrari #512 #90s #v12 #luxury #coupe #modernclassic".
