NPC Damage Types
For PvE the general ‘Rule of Thumb’ is to shoot into the weakest resists of the rat type you are fighting but you must remember the tiered damage when using Projectile Ammo. For example lets look at the Guristas Faction below. Their lowest resist is to Kinetic damage, so you would assume Titanium Sabot is the best ammo to kill them but when you factor in the higher base damage of Phased Plasma into the equation it makes up for the slightly worse resist profile to Thermal. A Model Context Protocol Server (MCP) for Microsoft Paint
Why did I do this? I have no idea, honest, but it now exists. It has been over 10 years since I last had to use the Win32 API, and part of me was slightly curious about how the Win32 interop works with Rust. Anywhoooo, below you'll find the primitives that can be used to connect Microsoft Paint to Cursor or ClaudeDesktop and use them to draw in Microsoft Paint. Here's the source code. Things to know about the Trump administration order on miles per gallon for cars and pickups
Hours after being sworn in as the new U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Sean Duffy took aim at the main way the federal government regulates miles per gallon for cars and pickup trucks — also a principal way that it controls air pollution and addresses climate change. Duffy ordered the federal agency in charge of the fuel economy standards to reverse them as soon as possible. The standards have been in place since the 1970s energy crisis and were intended to conserve fuel and save consumers money at the gas pump. The new administration says they limit consumer choice and don't maximize use of American oil.
